Prospect Hill has a number of treatment rooms which are available for visiting health and beauty practitioners together with a fully equipped hairdressing salon.
Outside in our superb garden courtyard is a large barbecue and outdoor eating area which can be used by residents to entertain family and friends or alternatively to participate in the regular summer barbecues arranged by management.
Each Tuesday and Thursday night the dining room is open for residents to enjoy a meal and if they feel so inclined to invite family and friends.

Prospect Hill is serviced by a secure lock up garage where residents can safely house their cars and also each apartment has allocated to it a private lock up storage area.
We have the luxury of live-in resident managers who are responsible for the smooth operation of the Village. Our managers Perry and Ann Ponton live at Prospect Hill and together with their relief staff are able to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This provides unparalleled peace of mind knowing that there are appropriately trained people on site at all times should you need assistance.
Our maintenance man, Bill Juchno, has been at Prospect Hill for over 5 years and is able to help residents with small maintenance issues such as the changing light bulbs or tap washers. Bill is also responsible for the removal of garbage and recycling and is always available to lend a hand should a resident require heavy lifting or general assistance.
