The design of the apartments at Prospect Hill is the culmination of a generation of experience in providing first class accommodation to ageing Australians. Our residents simply love living in our apartments.
There are 63 apartments in all, the majority of which have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also some one and some three bedroom apartments. All have been carefully designed with spacious living areas and clever functional kitchens.
They all have different outlooks – some face north and enjoy lovely winter sun – some have beautiful garden outlooks into our courtyard while others have spectacular city views or look over the gracious period Camberwell homes to the east. The south facing apartments sit high over the Camberwell junction with great views of the town hall and historic churches.
All apartments have ducted heating and air-conditioning which ensures year-round comfort. You and your family will have peace of mind knowing that each apartment has 3 separate emergency call points which is monitored 24/7 by our on-site managers. Never worry again about being alone should you need help – it’s a wonderful feeling to feel secure and independent.
Our apartments are all separately titled – our residents are able to own their apartment knowing that the highest form of property ownership in Australia is available to them – freehold title. Not a lease – not a license – a title. You will own your apartment – why should you accept anything less?
The underground car park offers a secure home for your car and your less used larger household items can be stored in your lock up, enclosed, individual store room.
